• Installation of Oracle Databases, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Editon and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Systems (Hyperion) and doing upgrades as per the customer requirement.

• Troubleshooting issues related to the tech stack that the customers face.

• Configuring the environments based on the complexity of the architecture requirements which range from a single node setups to Multi node setups (including Rapid Application Clusters and Parallel Concurrent Processing) and work with the implementers for smooth execution of the projects and streamline the operational procedures for various other teams to maintain the instances through rest of the lifecycle.

• Patching and Configurations changes to Oracle 11g applications, Oracle 11g and 12c databases.
• Monitoring space requirements like, creating new tablespaces, adding or dropping datafiles, checking for fragmented tablespaces, controlling extent and segment allocation
• Optimizing the day-to-day procedures to reduce time lines and increase turnaround times

• Coordinating with engineering teams and provide requirements to develop automation.
• Revise the existing procedures to include parallel tasking.

• Coordinating with the global counterparts for work hand over and coordination.
• Work closely with team leads in getting the tasks and cases in queue cleared on a timely basis and ensured hand off in a consistent manner.
